Denison Carey pays homage to his Italian training and lets all the fresh vegetables really sing in his summer courgette and chilli carbonara.
The all-important courgette has been foraged straight from the garden.
Episodes five and nine in the series were also filmed at Blickling, which will air on June 22 and July 20.
