A family-run firm that sells garden buildings has celebrated its 50th anniversary by partnering with a blood transportation charity.
Crane Garden Buildings has announced it will be working alongside Norfolk Blood Bikes to support its essential service transporting blood and blood products in and around Norfolk.
This collaboration is part of the Crane's social responsibility and "Crane Citizenship" initiative.
The company begins this collaboration by donating a brand-new Triumph Tiger GT Pro motorcycle, named 'Pulse' by the Crane team.
Cheska McEvoy, chairman of the citizenship team at Crane Garden Buildings, said: “We are committed to supporting worthy causes within our local community.
“Norfolk Blood Bikes play an indispensable role in the region's healthcare system, and we are honoured to partner with them for the next year.
"Their dedicated team are tireless in their efforts to ensure vital blood supplies reach those in need, often during times of crisis."
Besides Norfolk Blood Bikes, Crane's team has also supported local initiatives like Ashill Primary School, Swaffham Town Youth Football Club, the Bridge for Heroes, and the Merle Boddy Centre.
