A crash on the B1150 Norwich Road at Crostwick was causing heavy delays on Wednesday morning.
Traffic had built up between Caius Heath Lane and Hall Lane.
The road was partially blocked and commuters have reported waiting up to 15 minutes.
Norfolk Police and East Anglian Ambulance Service were on the scene.
