An inquest has opened into the death of a man in his 50s who died at his home on Christmas Day.
Simon Stenton was found dead at his home in the NR3 area of Norwich last year - where his panel beating business was also based.
During a short hearing to open his inquest, senior coroner Jacqueline Lake confirmed Mr Stenton was born in Hammersmith, London, but lived in Whiffler Road, near Hellesdon.
She said Mr Stenton worked as a panel beater and had been identified following his death by his partner of three years.
She added that he had died on December 25 at his home address, with a pathologist providing his medical cause of death as cocaine toxicity.
Mr Stenton, who was 53, ran a business called Norfolk Fast Track Repair Centre Ltd, which before his death had received five-star ratings from customers on Facebook.
Mrs Lake adjourned the hearing for a full inquest, which is due to be held on July 17, 2024.
