A street food business in a converted horsebox is expanding with a permanent kitchen in Norwich.
Gringos Nacho Factory has been serving up a Tex-Mex menu at a range of events for the last four years.
Owner Andrew Skalli is now building on its success by launching a permanent kiosk in the Castle Social food hall on the top floor of the Castle Quarter.

The menu includes fully loaded nachos, nacho-coated crispy chicken tacos, spicy black bean quesadillas and a range of desserts with a Tex-Mex twist.
Gringos is set to launch there in June and it will join Giant Yorkie Roast Co, which opened at the venue on May 11.
Jo Aldridge, general manager at Castle Social, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Gringos Nacho Factory as we mark this exciting new chapter for Castle Social."
