Nearly 1,000 property-owners in Norfolk and Suffolk opened their homes to the public this month, as part of the biggest open house event in the UK.
The region saw 732 homes take part in a national campaign to get prospective buyers through the doors of local properties, in the hope of boosting sales.
Estate agents including Knight Partnership, William H Brown, and Abbotts all had properties featured in the campaign, which spanned the 11th and 12th, and 18th and 19th of May.
Carl Matthews, area manager for William H Brown, said: “This is a great opportunity for potential buyers to take a look around a number of properties in the areas they’re interested in over one or two weekends, and help them with their decision-making on what they’re really looking for.
“The market across Norfolk and Suffolk has really kicked off in the past couple of months, prices are stable and there is a lot of choice out there – buyers that are serious about moving should strike while the iron’s hot and make the most of this unique viewing opportunity.”
