A man has been charged with criminal damage and a public order offence after a building was scaled in King's Lynn.
Emergency services including police, fire and ambulance were called at 9.50pm on Sunday to Lynn Road.
A police negotiator was at the scene after reports a man had climbed up the building, damaged the roof and was throwing items down on to the street.
The incident was safely resolved at 3.25am on Monday.
A man in his 30s was arrested following the incident and taken to King's Lynn Police Station for questioning.
Kieren Russell, 33, of Heapham Crescent in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, has been charged with criminal damage and a public order offence in connection with the incident.
He has been bailed to appear at King's Lynn Magistrates' Court on June 13.
