An award-winning Michelin-starred hotel and restaurant in north Norfolk has been put on the market.
Morston Hall near Blakeney has been transformed by its owners Galton and Tracy Blackiston over the last 30 years.
The country house currently contains 13 boutique guest rooms and a renowned restaurant which has maintained its Michelin star for an unbroken period of 25 years.
The venue has been listed for sale with Norwich-based agents Roche Chartered Surveyors and Francis Darrah Chartered Surveyors has been appointed to manage the sale.
It is currently being marketed at an undisclosed price and agents say it has already attracted "encouraging" levels of interest.
Graham Jones, partner at Roche Chartered Surveyors, said: “This is a truly remarkable property dating back to the 17th century and an excellent business that has rightly become one of the region’s foremost gastronomic destinations.

"We are currently actively marketing Morston Hall and interest has been very encouraging.
"There are a number of opportunities for new owners to grow the business by further developing the property, adding more facilities and increasing the operational activities.
“Galton Blackiston is a remarkably skilled chef who has created an unrivalled business.
"He has agreed to remain as a consultant for any incoming new owner, should he be required, which will create consistency and add further value to the business.”
