A new food business started by a trio of school friends could be coming to a Norwich pub soon following a sell-out launch weekend.
Max Swann, 30, Will Durham, 31, and Guy Gillingwater, 33, hosted their first pop-up in Aylsham Market Place on Saturday where they debuted Hash Papa.
The business specialises in handmade "loaded" hash browns with toppings including macaroni cheese with crispy bacon and buffalo fried chicken with blue cheese.
Co-creator Max said: "We had a really busy weekend so we're thinking about expanding already.
"At the weekend we sold more than 110 dishes and sold out of absolutely everything which is a great problem to have and we've been over the moon with the response.

"And we've already been approached about doing festivals and events so it's exciting times."
According to Max, the former Aylsham High trio are hoping to bring their hash browns to the city within the next two months and are eyeing up several prospective locations.
He added: "We like the pub model such as at the Stanley or Redwell Brewery where we can do a short-term residency in a kitchen so we're looking into places where we can do that.
"We'll use the same menu but add some specials with cuisines from India and Asia.
"But Norwich is the next egg to crack, so people should stay tuned."
