Motorists had to be rescued following a crash on the A10.
Firefighters were called to the collision between Fordham and Hilgay at about 1.50am on Sunday.
Crews from Downham Market and King's Lynn spent two hours at the scene as they rescued people from inside using hydraulic equipment, Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service said.
The road was reportedly shut, according to BBC Radio Norfolk.
