The owner of a van was awoken by thieves as tools were stolen during an early morning theft.
Police are seeking witnesses and are appealing for information in connection with the theft after tools were stolen from a van parked in Kirkley, Lowestoft.
Tools were stolen from a van parked on Kimberley Road in Kirkley the early hours of this morning (Tuesday, April 2).
A police spokesman said: "At approximately 00.45am to 1am this morning (Tuesday), the vehicle owner was awoken by a noise and looking out of a window has seen torchlights in the cab of their van.
"Once outside to investigate, a car has driven off at speed.
"It has been discovered that tools and equipment have been stolen from the back of the van.
"Can you help?"
