If you’re looking for inspiration to lose a few pounds after the Easter Weekend, look no further than Patsy Bridges from Fakenham – who has lost a life-changing 10 stone.
Patsy joined the Fakenham Slimming World group in August 2017, weighing 23st at the time.
The 59-year-old has since lost a remarkable 10st - being named as the slimming group's ‘Diamond Member’ after managing to lose the weight and keep it off for more than a year.
She said: “Losing weight has completely changed my life.
“Before I lost weight everyday life was hard - but now it's so much easier.
"I used to get upset if I couldn't park right next to the supermarket entrance, but now I can walk and ride my bike again.
"All the things I enjoy doing are so much easier and I can get on the floor and play with my grandchildren.

"Slimming World for me is all about choices. Nothing is forbidden.
"Like most people, I’d tried to lose weight countless times, yet nothing ever really seemed to stick. Slimming World was completely different because it was just so simple.
"I started cooking basic meals from scratch instead of buying junk - all while losing weight, which seemed like a miracle at the time.
“Previous weight loss attempts left me feeling hungry – nowadays I eat more than ever. Slimming World isn’t a diet, it’s a way of life.
"With Slimming World the support that I needed was there right from day one. I picked up new ideas and recipes every week – I still do now in fact – and I started to really believe that I could do it. And I did, because five years later I’m still at my target weight.”
