A man is set to appear in court next month following a spate of shop thefts where a vacuum cleaner, vapes and laundry products were stolen.
David Smith, 44, has been charged in connection with the theft of a Vauxhall Astra in Bertie Road, Norwich, and a series of thefts from shops.
The incidents occurred between February 8 and March 5 this year and also include a burglary at a store in Aylsham Road.
Smith, of Jewson Road, Norwich, is set to appear at Norwich Crown Court on Monday, April 8 having been charged with a total of five counts of shop theft, two counts of making off without payment, theft of a motor vehicle and burglary other than dwelling.
His next court appearance follows an earlier hearing at Norwich Magistrates' Court at the beginning of March.
