More than £750,000 worth of improvements will be carried out in front of a busy college in Norfolk.

A scheme which will see two zebra crossings and wider pavements in front of East Norfolk Sixth Form (EN) on Church Lane, Gorleston, has been given the green light.

The proposed improvement works, worth £785,000, will also link with developments on Middleton Road, which is funded through the Active Travel Fund.

The proposed measures, along with the announced upgrades coming to Beccles Road, aim to produce a more pedestrian-friendly environment in Gorleston.
