Police are continuing their hunt for two suspects after a man was stabbed in Thetford on Mother's Day.
The victim, who remains in critical condition at Addenbrooke's Hospital, was attacked shortly before midday on Sunday while he and his family were walking along Bury Road.
A woman in her 30s who was arrested in Cambridgeshire on Monday evening on suspicion of assisting an offender has been released under investigation.
Three people, a woman in her 40s, a woman in her 20s and a man in his 40s, were arrested at a home in Amulet Close on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder on Sunday.
They have since been released on police bail until May 7.
Two men who police believe were involved in the incident remain on the run and detectives are urging people to get in touch if they have information about their whereabouts.
