A huge police operation is under way in Thetford following a stabbing on Sunday.
Bury Road in the town is currently closed and a forensic tent has been erected as investigations continue into a stabbing which took place on Sunday morning, leaving a man in his 30s seriously injured.
The man, who is still in a critical condition in Addenbrooke's Hospital, suffered multiple stab wounds in the incident which happened at 11.50am.
Police confirmed today that the man and two women who were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit attempted murder remain in custody.
