A new bubble tea shop is set to open in the city centre before the end of this month.
Lightea is set to move into the former site of Nanna Mexico in White Lion Street.
Planned changes to the premises were approved by Norwich City Council in November but there has been little sign of progress until recently.
"The opening has been postponed until late March due to some delays with the construction of the interior," said manager Malory Bircham.
"All the signage and display boards will be going up this weekend."
Nanna Mexico closed the shop, situated between Primark and Holland & Barrett, in August 2021.

The restaurant, with sites in Norwich and Cambridge, filed for liquidation, owing £18,000 to Norwich Consolidated Charities.
Lightea's plans were lodged last October and showed that the drinks business hoped to install a "shipping container pattern" to the front of the building with projected LED lighting and painted branding.
The city council was concerned about the LED lighting as the shop is in a conservation area and it was considered "not in keeping with the streetscape".
However, the plans were approved and the shop will open later this month.
