A pub and hotel in a Norfolk village has undergone an extensive refurbishment to attract customers from far and wide.
The Plough Inn in Marsham, near Aylsham, was taken over by Bradley Whitlam five years ago and he has made small renovations since then.
He decided it was time for a full update after half a decade of running the freehouse, with the work beginning in January 2024.

The finishing touches have now been completed and he invested £120,000 into transforming the pub and its accommodation.
There is a new bar with 10 taps plus four hand pulls and other changes include a laminate floor throughout, fresh furniture and a dark green colour scheme.
Eight of the 11 rooms were renovated last year and the final three have now been completed, including new furnishings and bathrooms.

Toby Turner, general manager, said: "Bradley has been here five years and he wanted to make The Plough Inn have more of a countryside vibe.
"He also wanted to modernise the hotel to appeal to a wider audience as we want to be a destination, with people coming to Marsham especially to visit us."
The kitchen, led by head chef Dan Harding, has also been transformed with new ovens.
This coincides with a new menu including burgers, stone-baked pizzas, chicken katsu and 'dirty' fries.

There are also pub classics such as sausages and mash and beer-battered fish and chips, with a carvery served on Sundays.
From Bawdeswell pork to Wildcraft Brewery, the food and drink offering heavily utilises local producers and suppliers.
Mr Turner added: "The reaction so far has been really positive and customers think it is much more sophisticated and classy."
