One man was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and was later transferred to Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge where he remains in stable condition with serious injuries.
A woman was also taken to hospital with injuries but has since been discharged.
Five men and two women were arrested on suspicion of assault and taken to King’s Lynn Police Station.
All have been released on bail to return on April 3.
