A north Norfolk convenience store is set to become a Morrisons Daily.

Nicholsons Forecourt Shop, in The Green in Stalham, was previously a Mace store.

A spokesman for the shop announced that it will be closed for refurbishments until March 14 when it will reopen with Morrisons branding.

The new shop will be twice the size with easier access and a smoother layout.

New services will also be added, including hot food to go, Pret Express coffee, fresh fruit and veg, meal deals and an in-store bakery.

The petrol station beside the forecourt shop will remain a Gulf and the store's opening hours will remain the same.

A number of Morrisons Dailies have been opening across the county in recent years, including in North Walsham and Swaffham.
