In total, 403 people across the county won a total of £1,272,000, averaging £3,164.18 per person.
In February's draw, 453 people in Norfolk took home £1,325,000 - just £28,000 less than January's prize draw.
Andrew Westhead, NS&I retail director, said: "The quickest way to check if you have won a prize is to use our Premium Bonds prize checker app, check online, or even ask Alexa from the second working day of each month onwards."
Premium Bonds is an investment product issued by National Savings & Investments.
Unlike other investments, where investors earn interest or a regular dividend income, bonds are entered into a monthly prize draw where people can win between £25 and £1m.
