Spring marks the start of car boot season and these are some of the best ones you can visit in Norfolk in 2024.
1. Arminghall
Where: Old Stoke Road, Arminghall, NR14 8SQ
When: Wednesdays, Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays from March 20 until November, sellers set up from 5.30am-9am, open to buyers from 7.30am-1pm (until 2pm on Sundays)
Price: Sellers: from £10 for a car or small van, buyers: free entry and parking
The Arminghall event was established in 1987 and it is one of East Anglia's biggest car boot sales, with space for up to 600 pitches.
The Autojumble and Classic Motor Shows will also take place at the site on May 20, July 15 and September 9 from 8.30am until 3pm - visit the Arminghall Events website for more details.
2. Cherry Tree
Where: B1105 Barsham Road, Fakenham, NR21 9QS
When: Sundays from 7am, 2024 start date is either March 31 or April 7 depending on the weather
Price: Sellers: £5, buyers: 50p per car with onsite parking
This popular car boot sale will return this spring and there are plenty of hidden treasures to be discovered.
Make a morning or afternoon of it with on-site catering where you can get breakfast or lunch.

3. North Walsham
Where: North Walsham Memorial Park, New Road, North Walsham, NR28 9DF
When: Second Sunday of the month from April 14 until September, sellers set up from 7.45am, open to buyers from 9am-12noon/1pm
Price: Free for sellers and buyers, limited parking
North Walsham Town Council is bringing this community event back for the third year and a real selling point is that there are no pitch fees.
In August, the car boot will be on the first Sunday of the month instead due to the town's beer festival.
4. Sprowston
Where: Sprowston Park and Ride, Wroxham Road, Sprowston, NR7 8RN
When: Every Sunday, sellers from 6am and buyers from 7am
Price: £8 per car/£10 per van, free entry for buyers, free parking
This car boot sale takes place year-round as it is on a hard-standing site and there are plenty of stalls to browse.
There are also regular fruit and vegetable sellers and on-site catering is provided by Café 502.
5. Harford
Where: Harford Park and Ride, Ipswich Road, Harford, NR4 6US
When: Every Sunday, sellers from 5.30am and buyers from 7am
Price: From £5, free entry for buyers, free parking
This sister car boot sale to the Sprowston one also runs year-round at a park-and-ride site.
The Harford event has a slightly earlier entry time for sellers, with pitches available on a first-come, first-served basis.

6. Hemsby
Where: Waters Lane Playing Field, Hemsby, NR29 4NH
When: Thursdays from March 28, sellers from 6.30am, buyers from 7am
Price: Sellers: From £7.50 for a car, buyers: free entry
The Hemsby Car Boot Sale returns slightly earlier this year at the end of March.
There will be teas, coffees and bacon rolls to buy and enjoy while you browse, with dogs not allowed on the field.
7. The Late One
Where: Aylsham off the A140, NR11 6AR (opposite BP garage)
When: Every Saturday and Bank Holiday Monday from March 23, sellers from 7am, buyers from 11am
Price: Sellers: £7/£12, buyers: free entry
This award-winning car boot sale returns in March and there are also refreshments available at the site.
No dogs are allowed and for sellers it costs £7 for a single pitch or £12 for a double or trade pitch.
