A new personal training and yoga studio has launched in north Norfolk.
Luke Sobek Levitt and his wife Hannah run The Feel Good Space in Holt and are welcoming the community to an open day on Saturday.
The venue, located in a small unit beside Budgens, hosts a range of fitness classes and one-to-one sessions coordinated by Mr Sobek Levitt, a personal trainer, and Mrs Sobek Levitt, a yoga instructor.
Among the activities on offer are the free 5k community runs, which aim to inspire people to get fit by showing them the power of group support.
Everyone is welcome to attend each session, with every age and ability being catered to.

The Feel Good Space also has an on-site health bar serving coffees, herbal remedies, shakes and smoothies in an environment where people can rejuvenate and get to know one another.
Mr Sobek Levitt said: "It is a social space, too, so it's really multifunctional and as much of a community hub as it is a personal training space.
"I believe in not just the physical side of health but the mental side too - you can't have wellbeing in one area without the other, so we wanted to create a feel-good studio where people can get fit while having fun, feeling safe and confident and meeting new people."
The town means a lot to Mr Sobek Levitt, who grew up in Holt helping his mother in her florist shop.
He said it was "really special" to be able to give something back to his neighbours.
The studio's open day will take place on Saturday with activities beginning at 8am.
