A block of nine self-catering apartments close to the seafront in Great Yarmouth is heading to auction at a guide price of £420,000.
Conveniently located in the town centre, The Bromley was refurbished to a very high standard in 2018, with each apartment enjoying a modern kitchen and bathroom/shower room.
The building consists of seven one-bedroom apartments and two studios. Two have their own entrance to the rear of the property.

Each apartment has a digital smart lock and is named after seaside resorts in Norfolk.
They all come with M&S mattresses, hotel headboards with integrated lighting, and tiled feature walls in most rooms. The stylish decor also includes hard-wearing floor coverings throughout.
The front and rear entrances have punch code locks for security, and there is a generous free car park at the rear of the building.
