A farm has been given the go-ahead for a solar array to lower its carbon footprint and cut its energy costs.
Sedgeford Hall Estate has been given planning permission to install panels in a field off Fring Road at Sedgeford, near Heacham.
It said in a planning statement: "The Sedgeford Hall Estate is committed to reducing its energy usage in turn moving towards a low-carbon business.

"Owing to the nature of business, which in part is arable farming, electricity consumption is one of the largest contributors to their carbon and energy footprint."
It adds the "small-scale" array will not alter views from the surrounding landscape.
The panels, which will cover an area of 562 sqm in a corner of a field, will help "alleviate increasing electricity prices".
