A village pub that has been closed since January 2023 is up for auction.
The Windmill, in Necton near Swaffham, will be auctioned at a guide price of £300,000 to £350,000 on March 20, 2024.
The venue was the last remaining pub in the village before its closure so there will be limited competition for the new tenants.
The Windmill was known for its good food, large beer garden and ample parking space.
The main bar area is large, allowing much of the community to come together at one time.

A second smaller bar can be found in the formal dining area to one side of the property.
It has a good quality kitchen - which was newly fitted after a fire in 2019 - and a three-bed flat upstairs.
Auction House estimates the pub was producing an income of £20,000 per annum in the 18 years before its closure.
Interested parties can contact Auction House East Anglia for more photos, information or to arrange a viewing.
