A disability exercise class, held by Able2B in association with Naidex, is aiming to become the UK's largest of its kind.
The goal is to include as many individuals as possible, from attendees at the upcoming Naidex conference, to those joining online, to form the largest online live adapted exercise class ever held in the UK.
Able2B co-founder, Jon Thaxton, former British and European boxing champion, and co-founder Rachael Hutchinson, consultant orthopaedic surgeon, will be hosting the event set to take place on March 20 at 10.30am at the Naidex conference at the Village Green, NEC, Birmingham.
Those who wish to participate in the event but are unable to physically be present can join in via a Zoom meeting link.
Able2B was founded with the objective to help improve daily life for disabled individuals through the principles of sports medicine, and has transformed from a simple after-school class into one of the UK’s biggest disability centres.
