Concerns have been raised for a missing 65-year-old man who was last seen more than a week ago.
David Cubberley was last seen on Sunday, February 11 but concerns were raised for him around 3pm on Saturday after his boat, normally moored near to the Pleasure Boat in Hickling, was found in reeds about half-a-mile away.
Mr Cubberley was not onboard his boat and hasn't been seen or heard from.
A spokesman for Norfolk Police said his dog was found nearby on land on Saturday and has been taken to a vet.
They added: "Officers are concerned for his welfare and searches have been taking place on Hickling Broad with assistance from Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service, the Coastguard and Hemsby lifeboat."
Mr Cubberley has been described as white, of slim build with shoulder length hair.
Anyone with any information on Mr Cubberley's whereabouts is being asked to contact Norfolk Police quoting the incident number 271 of February 17.
