A broken down freight train is likely to cause delays and disruption to city services for several hours.
Greater Anglia have reported that the train has stopped on the line in Attleborough, blocking the way to Norwich.
Train services running through the area may be cancelled, delayed or revised.

The freight company have arranged for a rescue train but this is not expected until 5pm "at the very earliest".
Rail replacement vehicles are being sourced to run between Norwich and Ely.
People can also travel between Norwich and Ely or Cambridge via Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds.
