Norwich City players including Jonny Rowe and Gabriel Sara have donated signed shirts, boots and gloves to a raffle being launched to coincide with World Cancer Day.

Jack Reeve and Chris Reeve of online fan channel Talk Norwich City (TNC) have teamed up with the Big C cancer charity to launch the online raffle and auction on Sunday.

The Ultimate Norwich City Raffle includes Canaries memorabilia donated by players including Rowe, Sara, USA striker Josh Sargent and Scotland internationals Angus Gunn and Kenny McLean.

Chris Reeve, co-founder of TNC with his friend Jack, said: “This one time only opportunity gives the Yellow Army everywhere the chance to potentially get their hands on some incredible Norwich City memorabilia in the form of not just one, but three different bundles.

“We are thrilled to have four extra special items available as auction items including a pair of signed, worn, Jonny Rowe boots and a match-prepared Kenny McLean Scotland shirt from their European qualifier against Norway.”

The TNC duo were hailed by City players and fans in April 2021 after raising £20,000 through a 24-hour broadcast, with both being passionate about the cause for personal reasons having each lost a parent when they were younger.

The idea was formed after the raffle of a signed shirt from Brazilian midfielder Sara raised £3,000 for the Big C just before Christmas last year.

With the help of City keeper Gunn, Cuban winger Onel Hernandez and Irish striker Adam Idah, who joined Celtic on the final day of the transfer window, as ‘delivery drivers’ they have pulled together a great haul of prizes.

Chris added: “We thought to ourselves, what if Sara’s team-mates all came together to do one big raffle?! How much more could we raise?”
