A crash was causing long delays on the A143.
Police were called to the incident at 10.49am to reports of a two-car crash in Needham near Harleston.
Two people involved have been taken to hospital with injuries.

Congestion was expected both ways with tailbacks building towards The Street junction near Brockdish and to the High Road roundabout.
A man, aged in his 30s, has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and has been taken to Wymondham Police Station for questioning.
Heavy traffic built in the area with reports of up to 60-minute delays.
