A new cookie dough stall is launching in a Norwich shopping centre.
Pop-up 'On The Go Cookie Doh' has opened its doors selling raw cookie dough and milkshakes.
The stall opening by Matthew Dawkins, 52, aims to revitalise the food scene in Castle Quarter.
The 52-year-old has a history of catering using chocolate, fountains, cookies and desserts and is going back to his roots with this new venture.

The pop-up will sell five flavours of raw cookie dough: Vanilla, gooey double choc fudge, red velvet, chocolate orange and classic chocolate chip.
All the cookie dough can be served hot or cold with optional sauce and toppings.
The stall will also sell ice-cream-based milkshakes with cookie dough stir-ins.

The raw cookie dough doesn't use egg and is heat treated making it absolutely safe to chow down on.
Mr Dawkins hopes the cookie dough will bring people back to their children and "scraping the bowl out after baking."
The pop-up will be open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays for the coming months.
