Plans for three new 'executive homes' on the outskirts of a town have been withdrawn after concerns were raised over the loss of trees.
A developer named in planning papers as D Green applied for planning permission for three four-bed properties on land off London Road, at Downham Market.
But West Norfolk council's planning portal now lists the application as being withdrawn.
A planning statement said the site, near the A1122 bypass, had space for "large plots". Some trees would have been removed from the site and a fish pond partially filled in.

But West Norfolk council's arboricultural officer objected to the loss of trees, which contribute to "the landscape and amenity of the area" and said a preservation order was being drafted to project them.
Downham Market Town Council objected. It said it had "serious concerns" over the treatment of surface water run-off if the size of the pond was reduced.
It added: "It is also considered that three dwellings represents an overdevelopment of the site."
