A village post office and shop will soon close after its current owners were unable to find buyers to take over.
Horning Post Office, on Lower Street in the heart of the popular Broads village, is set to shut its doors after Andrew and Adrienne Seddon failed to sell up to another postmaster.
Mr Seddon announced to the community: "Our village has enjoyed the services of a local post office for many years now.
"Adrienne and I have prided ourselves in being able to serve our friendly community, providing essential mailing and financial services, together with offering an interesting selection of goods in the shop.

"Attempts to sell our business have not succeeded, however, and it is with considerable regret that we are looking to close the post office counter."
He added that it would not close immediately but on a future date yet to be confirmed.
The building's landlord has said it is now going on the market to let as an empty unit for "any appropriate use".
The agent's sign will soon go up.
