Revellers at a house party were attacked by a masked gang armed with baseball bats and knives who stole phones and trainers.
The violent raid saw 10 men hiding their identities with masks and balaclavas storm the gathering of teenage party goers.
Terrified guests were hit over the head with bats and bottles while one was stabbed in the face with a 15in Rambo knife, Norwich Crown Court heard.
The gang threatened others into handing over their mobile phones and expensive trainers before fleeing from the house on Nursery Close in Hellesdon, also stealing electronic equipment including a games console.

Harry Winter, 18, was later identified as being one of those who had wielded a baseball bat during the raid in February 2022.
Henry Gordon, prosecuting, said he had been recognised by victims who had described fearing they were in “grave danger for their lives”.
The 15-year-old host of the party had been beaten while others had suffered head and facial injuries, he added.
Winter, of St Mildreds Road, Bowthorpe, who was 16 at the time, initially gave police a false alibi but later pleaded guilty to aggravated burglary for his part in the raid.
Appearing to be sentenced he avoided being sent to jail and the court heard he was “immature” and had been “led by others”.

Andrew Oliver, mitigating, said: “He was part of what is clearly a very serious offence but he has experienced remorse for his part in it.
“He was one of what appears to have been 10 people involved but we don’t know if the others were older or more criminally sophisticated.”
Sentencing him to a three year youth rehabilitation order, Recorder Simon Taylor told Winter: “This was an absolutely terrifying ordeal for your victims. There was mayhem and violence in which you played a full part.”
But he said custody would increase the chances of reoffending due to him being “relatively immature for his age”.
He ordered that he also carry out 100 hours unpaid work.
