A popular food chain has lodged plans to fill a former city centre burger restaurant.
Rosa's Thai is hoping to replace the former Byron outlet in Chantry Square, outside Chantry Place shopping centre.
The restaurant chain, which already operates across the UK, hopes to set up a large indoor and outdoor seating space, alongside a waiting lobby for customers and order collection.
Rosa's Thai has outlets in cities including London, Glasgow and Birmingham.
It offers "authentic Thai food" and desserts - with deliveries also available on Deliveroo.

Norwich City Council intends to make a decision on the plans by February 22.
Byron Burger closed its Norwich restaurant after the firm went into administration early last year.
The plans follow a number of high-profile changes at Chantry Place.
The city council recently approved a bid for a new four-screen cinema at the shopping centre.
Everyman Cinemas will be moving into three units at the centre, including the former Pizza Hut restaurant and the existing Escape Hunt venue on the ground floor.
Clothing brand Flannels will also move into the former Sports Direct premises this spring.
Paul McCarthy, general manager at Chantry Place, said: “We’re fortunate to continue to have lots of interest from new brands wishing to trade at Chantry Place and we’ve plenty of exciting developments and additions to the Centre in the pipeline.
Whilst we can’t confirm exact details just yet, 2024 is set to be another great year as we welcome Flannels in the Spring and there will be other new retailers and restaurants coming soon, giving people even more choice when shopping and dining with us.”
