Cocaine worth thousands of pounds was discovered after police raided a flat above a shop in the upmarket village known as Chelsea-on-Sea.
Reports of suspicious activity on North Street in Burnham Market led to Simon Roney, 61, being arrested on January 4 last year as part of a police operation.
Norwich Crown Court was told officers, who had the flat above a lifestyle shop under surveillance, stopped a man leaving with two dealer-type zip bags containing white powder.
A raid discovered two tubs containing more than 70g of cocaine said to be worth £3,500.

Roney, of North Street, Burnham Market, had previously pleaded guilty at King’s Lynn Magistrates’ Court to being concerned in the supply of drugs and possession of cocaine.
Lynne Shirley, mitigating, said he had been a “sole operator” rather than part of a gang and had turned to dealing after running up drug debts.
“He has since taken on board the effect of drugs and misery they can bring,” she added.
He was jailed for 16 months suspended for two years.
Recorder Simon Taylor ordered he also do 180 hours unpaid work and undertake a treatment requirement "to steer him away from drug offending".
