A chef born and bred in Norfolk, who appeared on a hit BBC series, is now leading the kitchen team at a popular rural pub with rooms.
The Three Horseshoes in Briston, near Holt, has welcomed new head chef Jake Garwood, 36, to the team.
He trained as a pastry chef and worked at the St Giles Hotel in Norwich before becoming head chef at the Barsham Arms, near Fakenham.

Last year, he featured in the BBC cookery series The Hairy Bikers Go Local.
He impressed hosts Dave Myers and Si King by using Norfolk produce to conjure up a char siu lamb with hedgerow ketchup along with a scone topped with fresh fruit and micro basil.
At The Three Horseshoes, Mr Garwood has created a new menu with a focus on local and seasonal ingredients.
The menu, which will change regularly, blends British pub classics like Barsham Ale-battered fish and chips with fine dining dishes such as pan-seared pigeon.
Vegetarian and vegan options and other dietary requirements are catered for, with options such as beetroot and chive risotto with parsnip and horseradish.
The Three Horseshoes has also appointed Dean Smith as the new general manager, who has previously worked at Blakeney House and The Black Lion in Walsingham.

Mr Garwood said: "I’m delighted to have joined The Three Horseshoes - it is a fantastic pub in a great location.
"Our new menu aims to provide something for everyone - whether you live locally and want fish and chips with a delicious pint of real ale, or you are visiting the area and want to experience fine dining with a bottle of wine."
Ian Furniss, pub owner, said: "We are thrilled to be starting the year by welcoming two individuals with such experience and passion for food and hospitality to the team."
