A new mystery store is looking to set up shop on an out of town retail park.
Argos closed its doors on the Hardwick Retail park in King's Lynn in October, when the business moved across the road to a nearby Sainsbury's superstore.
Now council planning papers reveal a new tenant has been lined up for the building.

UBS Property Management Ltd, which owns the site, has been given planning permission to install extra glazing in its facade.
In a covering letter, its agent says: "The proposed works are necessary to enhance the building which is subject to a comprehensive scheme of refurbishment to accommodate a new tenant."
The identity of the new store has not yet been revealed.
Its arrival will be the second unit on the park to see a new business this year, with Burger King set to move into the former Frankie and Benny's restaurant nearby.
