A pub in a historic Norfolk building dating back to the 15th century has been given a new lease of life.
Sibling duo Jacob and Sarah Seed, aged 30 and 26 respectively, reopened The Lattice House in King's Lynn in August 2023.
The Grade II-listed building in Chapel Street was built in 1480 and before the pair became directors last summer it had been shut for a year.

It boasts many traditional features, including an open fire and wooden beams, and it has been given a sensitive restoration.
Mr Seed said: "We were attracted to this pub as it is in a really big building and it has so much history.
"We have redecorated, which included painting all the walls, and we have fixed quite a lot of things."
The drinks offering includes beers from local favourites such as Woodforde's Brewery in Woodbastwick and Duration Brewing in West Acre.
The 15th-century timber-framed building, which had various later alterations and extensions, is thought to have first been a pub in 1714.
Inside there is an open hall with a crown post roof, as well as some original wall paintings and window frames.

The food menu includes pub classics like fish and chips and burgers and the pair are looking to introduce Sunday roasts this year.
The Lattice House is open from 9.30am until late daily, with the main menu served from 12noon, and it has a café feel in the morning with coffee and cakes on offer.
Mr Seed added: "The reaction so far has been very good and we have loads of regulars who say how friendly the pub is.
"They love the local beer selection and we also go hard on live music."
