A talented Norfolk chef, who previously won a major national food award, has got an exciting new role.
Tiffany Long, 25, from Griston, saw off stiff competition to be named the best young chef in the country at the Great British Pub Awards 2022.
Miss Long, who trained at City College Norwich, was working as the head chef at The White Hart in Ashill, near Watton, at the time.

Miss Long, who was taught to cook by her grandma Joyce, said: "It was incredible when I won the award and we were fully booked at the pub for two months after that.
"I felt like it was the right time to move on after three years and I had always wanted to go into private dining."
She is loving her new job and the variety of work and it is her "dream" to one day have her own restaurant.
