A man has admitted possession of class A drugs with intent to supply them in a Norfolk town.
Joao Fernandes, 20, of Nelson Road South, Great Yarmouth, appeared at Norwich Crown Court after being charged with having a quantity of cocaine with intent to supply in Yarmouth on November 28 last year.
Fernandes, who spoke through a Portuguese interpreter, entered a guilty plea on Wednesday (January 3).
John Morgans, who represented Fernandes, said the defendant had been supplying drugs on a small scale to "fund his own habit".
Judge Anthony Bate adjourned sentencing until February 8 to allow a pre-sentence report to be carried out.
