A new coffee shop is set to open overlooking a town's market square.
Joseph Bilton has been given listed building consent to convert a former dry cleaner's shop on the Market Place at Downham Market.
He applied to install a new counter, fridges, toilet and lighting in the late 19th century property, which was formerly a branch of Johnsons Cleaners.

No external alterations for the Grade II listed building were proposed, apart from painting it olive green.
Downham Market Town Council supported the application, along with the boss of a neighbouring business.
Christian Box wrote on the council's planning portal: "As the manager of William H Brown next door I fully support these proposed changes as it can only have a positive impact on exposure to the square, town as a whole and our community."
