A company which converts old horse boxes into luxury mobile saunas is expanding, following a record year for business.
Sauna Box, the brainchild of Diss-based yoga teacher and businessman Tom Sutton, is set to take over the East Anglian coast, with two new locations and a packed schedule of wellness events.

The business already has permanent saunas in Sea Palling, Dunwich, and, as of late last year, Sheringham, but Mr Sutton said the team is planning to add another two to its offering over the next 12 months.
Its expansion follows a busy summer of festivals and retreats, with thousands of curious punters signing up for its sauna and ice bath package at events including Latitude Festival and Norwich based Mysacamp.

And as well as being a hit with festival-goers, Mr Sutton said Sauna Box had also found an unexpected niche offering corporate wellness retreats.
He said: “We’ve had a huge amount of bookings from remote working companies, so instead of a two day jolly, they've opted to treat their staff to a two day retreat experience to bring everyone together.

“It's been received incredibly well - it's been the best feedback I’ve ever had for anything in my career and every single one has booked us again.”
In coming months, the firm will also expand its build service, converting dozens of horse boxes for those looking to buy their own.

Mr Sutton said: “There’s a huge demand for saunas, from businesses like us offering wellness experiences, from glamping sites, and even the private home market.
“I’ve built three now, so I know the process and how to do it efficiently.
“It’s very special getting to share the joy of it with the world - that’s what it's all about for us, having people walk away smiling and having experienced something new.”
