People in Norfolk have been warned to "take care" near rivers as levels are rapidly rising due to heavy rain.
Low-lying roads and paths in the northwest and southwest of the county have been blocked following a deluge that began in the early evening on Monday.
The rain continued throughout much of the night, with further rainfall expected in the next 24 hours.
According to the Environmental Agency, floodwater is travelling down the River Great Ouse towards the Ouse Washes and Welney which will keep levels high for several days.
