An EastEnders actor swapped the drama of Albert Square for the tranquility of the Norfolk countryside at the start of 2024.
Adam Woodyatt, best known for playing the long-running soap character Ian Beale, posted a snap on his Instagram account of him walking at the Sandringham Estate on New Year's Day.
The actor wrote: "I’m not one for making New Year resolutions but I am going to try and post more often on here - so here we go.

"Went for a little five-mile walk around the Sandringham Royal Park this morning.
"Stopped at this platform which looked out over the Dersingham Bog to The Wash in the distance.
"It was really good to get out in the fresh air after all the excess and excitement of Christmas. Happy New Year."
Woodyatt recently made an explosive comeback to EastEnders after several years away performing in stage shows such as My Fair Lady and Looking Good Dead, with the latter coming to Norwich Theatre Royal.
Ian returned to Albert Square with Cindy Beale (Michelle Collins), who viewers had believed to be dead.
