Some parts of Norfolk may see New Year's Eve plans disrupted by flooding this weekend.
The Environment Agency has said floods are "likely" in parts of the county.
There are currently two flood alerts in place for the rivers Bure, Ant, Thurne and Yare affecting areas including Thorpe St Andrew, Great Yarmouth, Hickling and Horning.
The Environment Agency said: "Some minor flooding to riverside roads and footpaths is likely for the overnight tide until Sunday.
"High water levels may last for a few days until the high tides at Great Yarmouth have passed.
"This is due to a natural tide-locking effect where high tidal water moving up the rivers from Great Yarmouth restricts the normal drainage out to sea at low tide.
"The Broads are also currently impacted by river flows and high groundwater levels, meaning that the tide-locking effect is taking longer to clear."

There is a yellow weather warning in place until the early hours of Sunday with strong winds expected to hit south and east Norfolk.
The weather over the weekend is expected to cause some transport delays for those travelling by either road or rail.
The warning follows a wave of destruction across the country brought by Storm Gerritt, which tore down trees and left thousands of homes in Norfolk without electricity this week.
