The organisers of an annual fair that has been running for almost 50 years have announced that it will not be returning.
The Burnham Market Craft Fair has been held in the village since 1976 but representatives have revealed that its event in August was its last.
The fair is run entirely by volunteers and funds are distributed back into the community to support local schools and charities.
The organisers of the fair said they had not been able to recruit a new team of people willing to volunteer such a large amount of their time despite trying for several years.
The current team has had to step down due to changes in their various commitments and has "closed the chapter" for the event.

A representative for Burnham Market Craft Fair said: "The event has always been run on a 100pc voluntary basis.
"There was never any commercial gain, the funds were used to serve the community."
The event has been held annually apart from 2020 and 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic and was attended by thousands each year.
