A man has been charged after a 18-year-old died following a car crash last year.
Police were called to reports of a silver Ford Fiesta colliding with a tree on the B1110 in North Elmham, near Dereham, in the early hours of Saturday, September 17, 2022.
One of the passengers, Mariana Faustino-Valente, 18, was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital by ambulance with serious injuries.

She died two days later.
Two men were arrested in connection with the incident and questioned at Wymondham Police Investigation Centre before being released on bail.
Teegan Brabent, 22, of Litcham Road, Mileham, has now been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and causing bodily harm by wanton/furious driving.
He is due to appear at King’s Lynn Crown Court on February 22.
No further action is being taken against the second man arrested.
