The family of a missing mother-of-three are pleading for the public to help find her.

Gaynor Lord's daughters have taken to social media to gain more support from the community in the search for their mother.

They have been reposting several police posts on Facebook, relating to the 55-year-old’s disappearance.

Alexandra Lord, 22, posted: "Please share, if anyone knows anything please do contact the police! We want her home!"

She added: "Anything you may know small or large please contact the police!"

Her sister Charlotte, 24 has also been reposting appeals to gather more public attention.

Gaynor has not been seen since leaving work at Jarrolds department store at 2.45pm on Friday and heading through the city centre.

Around five hours later, some of her belongings were found in Wensum Park, over a mile away.

The riverside park has been the focus of a major police search ever since.

Among several items recovered from different areas of the park was Gaynor’s coat, which was found in the water.

Norwich policing commander, Superintendent Wes Hornigold, said: "This is clearly a distressing time for her family.

"We have specialist officers supporting them and continue to keep them updated on our ongoing work."
